My computer keeps turning its self off after a few minuets of being on. After it turns off it comes back on but doesn't even get to a booting screan. Also all the fans sound like they are in over drive. I have reset the bios by reinstalling the battery on the mother board and I have made sure all of my ram is in tight. Any ideas???

Are you certain it's not a PSU problem? I had my pc behave similarly before and eventually my power supply burned up, damaging my motherboard. But that was with a non-branded, stock PSU.

It does not matter how old the Pc is, if it was built at a shop or pre built the PSU is more than likely the cheapest one going. cheap Psu`s have a more common fail rate.
You should check in your bios if all of the power rails are at the right voltages.
If it`s not stable its Game over.
