CPU/RAM/MB Upgrade this Summer?

Hey guys I wanted to ask you guys what you thought of a motherboard/cpu/ram upgrade this summer, been about 6-7 months since I upgraded my rig. I was thinking by August or around there to LGA 2011, specifically an i7 3820 and ASUS Sabertooth X79 LGA 2011 motherboard coupled with quad channel G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866MHz. Do you guys think this upgrade is worth it? I use my PC for gaming, HD movies, internet browsing, video editing, and a bunch of other software applications. I think it will really get me ready for the Haswells sometime next year and win 8 ready. I hear the i7 3820 is a great buy for a great price 229.99$ right now at Microcenter, right by my house. They are multiplier locked at 43x but changing the bclck up a bit I can get 4.8-5.0 GHz at around 1.48v! That would be awesome. I can't do that now with my 2500K. Althought I can get 4.8GHz right now which I'm at at under 1.5v. around 1.48v. i7 3820/Asus Sabretooth X79/16GB. Awesome.
