my pc was working fine 6 months or so but yesterday it stopped working and now it wont start. Only the LED on motherboard is turned on and its blinking. None of the fans(psu, motherboard and processor fans) work. May be this happened because of abrupt power shortage from the mains line but this had happened previously but i did not face any of the problems. what may be the problem? is mobo dead? Thanks
mobo - DH67BL
psu - supero 1000w

Try resetting your CMOS clock by remove the battery from the motherboard for about one hour (Intel's directions quoted below). See where you get then.

"If you cannot enter the BIOS Setup, clear the CMOS:

Turn off all peripheral devices connected to the computer.
Disconnect the computer’s power cord from the AC power source (wall outlet or power adapter).
Remove the computer cover.
Locate the battery on the board (see figure below).
With a medium flat-bladed screwdriver, gently pry the battery free from its connector. Note the orientation of the “+” and “-” on the battery.
Wait one hour then replace the battery.
Replace the computer cover.
Plug the computer and all devices back in."
