Ethernet controller drivers

Hi,
I just installed Windows vista OEM on my dell optiplex 960 and once I finished installing it wouldn't connect online. So, I went on the dell site and redownloaded the drivers and installed via a usb disk. Still no joy. The ethernet controller shows the little caution symbol next to it and I still can't connect. Help?

Then downland this

You must run command line and use cscript.exe to execute the script. For example:
cscript.exe ListFailedServices.vbs
You have to make sure that you’re in the directory of where the ListFailedServices.vbs is at otherwise you’ll get an error message saying “Input Error: Can not find script file C:\……ListFailedServices.vbs“.
