Case USB 3.0

Hey guys I'm here to ask another question. My USB 3.0 ports on the front (Case) doesn't work until I plug a USB 2.0 device first then plugging the 3.0 device. Back ports work fine. It's just the case's ports so I don't really have a problem with it. I'm just thinking when the time comes when most are USB 3.0 this will really become a hassle.

Make sure you have installed the drivers for the USB 3.0 controller on the motherboard and then try the ports again

That's weird
What case are you using? Does the USB 2 you plug in first have to be in the same port or can it be in the port next to it? Just curious.
Did I mention that's weird?

I have installed drivers for the motherboard already from the start.
USB 2.0 can be plugged in the port next to it. I find this one really weird.
