Building a new gaming pc

Hello,
I'm planning on building a new gaming pc. The specs are as follows:

Processor:
CPU: Core i5-2500 3.30GHz 6MB Cache (LGA1155)
Motherboard: ASUS P8H67 (Intel H67 Chipset) LGA1155
Graphics Card: XFX Radeon HD6850
CPU Cooler: COOLER MASTER V6GT CPU COOLER
PC Casing: Aerocool 6th Element
PSU: AEROCOOL STRIKE-X 600W PSU

Will these components be able to play the latest games like battlefield 3 or max payne 3 at max settings, and even upcoming games like GTA V??

What kind of budget are we working with here? I wouldn't get that case or PSU, and if you're not going to overclock - it's pointless to get an aftermarket cooler.

Thanks for your reply. The budget is roughly $900-950. Am gona minus the CPU cooler. And could u suggest a better case and PSU and provide some links plz?
