Well I'm making a new build (this is like 3rd or 4th thread I'm making about parts sorry about that). Still can't decide the PSU to use. My build goes like this:
Case: Cooler Master Haf 912+ mid towe
Mobo: Gigabyte z77x UD3H
CPU: i5 3570k
GPU: Sapphire 7870 Ghz edition
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8gb (2x4) 1600mhz
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1tb ST1000DM003
And for PSU I can't decied between Chieftec nitro BPS 650c and Seasonic 620gb. Please suggest me one.
P.S: I won't be getting cooler soon because I don't plan on overclocking yet.

Based on these reviews:
Chieftec BPS-650C http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/cases/display/psu-550w-850w.html#sect2
Seasonic S12II Bronze 520 (SS-520GB) http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/cases/display/seasonic-psu-roundup.html#sect2 (Lower wattage version of the SS-620GB)
Seasonic M12II Bronze 620 (SS-620GM) http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/cases/display/seasonic-psu-roundup_3.html (This is the same as the SS-620GB, but not modular and a shorter case).

The Chieftec BPS-650C has better voltage regulation.
The SS-620GB has better ripple and noise suppression and slightly higher efficiency. The SS-620GB has a 12cm fan (the BPS-650C has a 14cm fan), which is slower spinning in idle, but faster spinning on load.

Personally I think I would take the SS-620GB because it is quieter in idle.
