None of that info you posted is of any use , can you post your power supply , cpu and motherboard? The difference between high and ultra is negligable and the thing you want to have is good smooth gameplay and good looking visuals. To know what video card will work with your system you need to list the components.

Not with a 220w power supply your goint to have to upgrade that power supply to get a video card upgrade. The graphics that you have now is intergrated on the motherboard , thats why you have that 220w power supply and it works for that computer.

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-car...

This chart shows where graphics card are in the order from best to worse and the graphics chip that you have is down at the bottom about four levels from the bottom. I guess any discrete card would be an improvement but the power supply is in the way , you only have 220w to power the cpu , ram , motherboard , hdd , fans and video.

This is a card that is four levels above what you have now and it wants a 300w power supply to be in the computer. I think it will run on a 220w power supply but I doubt you will get the ultra settings your looking for.

This card requires a 400w power supply so this may be out of reach for a 220w power supply but again this is a low on the list card.

What is your budget? I'd suggest upgrading both graphics card and the power supply.

well 250 would be around what i would be willing to spend without buying a whole new computer so in order to run wow in ultra what would be a good suggested power supply and graphics card that would work with my machine?

The final price for these two items would be $200 which is $50 under your budget amount and if you buy the card at Newegg by 5/15 you get an additional 5% off. You will be able to play WOW in ultra settings. If your cpu becomes a bottleneck with the new video card then you can just bump up the clock speed a little to get rid of any bottleneck.
