What build is a better value?

What one will be better for bf3, video editing and other games?

1-an amd AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition and an evga gtx 480.

2-an i5 2500k and an evga 570

They are both around the same price build so what one will run better?

Definately number 2. It has a better cpu, and a 570 is equal to if not a hair better than the 480
