I have a Toshiba Satellite A75-S2112 w/Pentium 4 Processor. How to update?.

Hello, I have a toshiba satellite A75-S2112 and I want to upgrade from my Intel Pen4 processor, ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 IGP and Atheros 802.11bg wireless. What are my best options? Please keep in mind that this is a project and a budget does apply.

There is no upgrade path for the laptop above except adding more RAM and a larger hard drive.
