6970 Overclocking help..

I have a PowerColor HD 6970 and i just realize that its running on 1.17v? isn't that high for a stock clocks?

And just now i tried overclocking it to 900/1400 mhz without changing the VOLTAGE because i dunno how to change it, oh and i used CCC only.

So how do i determine if my overclock is stable and how do i determine if something is wrong?

I have 3DMark11, AquaMark3, Heaven here.

To determine if it is stable, just run 3Dmark11, if it goes through, it is stable. If it crashes, it isn't.

1.17v is ok. It won't hurt it at all
