Why do I keep getting the BSOD on a High end PC?

Last response: in CPUs

Basically I have a high end PC and the specs are below

AMD FX8150
AMD Radeon HD7850
16GB Corsair RAM 1600MHZ
650 Corsair TX Modular Power Supply
500GB HDD
120GB Corsair SSD
Windows 8 Operating system

With this whenever I try to render a video in Sony Vegas pro 12 after it was recorded from FRAPS, it gives me BSOD, Why does this happen? It happened on Windows 7 as well.

BSOD = Blue Screen Of Death

You didn't mention your motherboard which may be important. I would start by removing half of the RAM and if the problem stills occurs, trying again with the other half in order to eliminate the possibility of a bad stick.

Download Bluescreenview and post a screenshot; that will let us see the STOP codes.

Also run a memory test with memtest86+, just to rule out the #1 culprit of BSOD's (Bad RAM).
