Internet Dropping out. Good Connection

Recently I've been losing the internet very frequently (every 20min or so). And it is getting really annoying. I changed a new router and The problem was not fixed. I lose internet connection on both wired and wireless devices, on both Macs and PCs as well as phones. Also, the connection to the router is perfect but, cannot load the page. All diagnostics (Both the windows diagnostics and the OSX assistant) Show nothing is wrong and as soon as i finish the diagnostics the network works again. What is going on!!!


Setup: Cisco E2000 router
Scientific Atlanta 2100 modem.
Rogers ISP (Express) (Canada)

ya i tried that. when i have the problem i pinged youtube and google and got 100% packet loss on both. how do i fix this.
