Question about PCI 3.0

Hello.

I have a P8 Z68-V PRO Motherboard and its PCI slots are PCI 2.0

I am planning to buy a new EVGA GTX 670 and its BUS support is PCI 3.0. I understand that it is compataible but will this affect the preformance of the card?

Will not affect the performance of the card at all , go ahead and grab it!

Have a look at this review about the differences in PCI-e 2.0 and 3.0, you are good to go.

It should be OK and there will be a really little performance difference as said on the reviews.
