Well your integrated graphics are severly limiting you. that looks to be the weakest link to me. you could try http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127571 since your mother board has pci express x16 (note that the card is pcie 2.0, but they were built to be backwards compatible). Then later look at upgrading your system. In the future, for around $200 to $250 you could probably find a used system on ebay or craiglist that would blow your current machine out of the water. At this point, you're really looking at upgrades that can get you through until you have a little more money to put down on something.

If you can swing just a few more bucks, you may want to give this a whirl.

I know an extra 10 or 20 dollars doesn't seem like much, but believe me, I know where you're coming from! I'm not real familiar with "Skyrim" or what the mins are but, with this card (1 gig version) on the first MW I was getting some vicious FPS! It ran half decent with MW2, still with some good FPS. So if that's any indication of what you're looking for, again, this card MAY do it. You'll already have the PSU for it!
