next big patch is Battlegrounds and that's straight from Blizz, so figure
the Hero class of quests (what that diploma could conceivably be for) is
still at best 1 to 2 patches away (cause you KNOW there will be a balancing
and emergency patch at least once after BG comes out). I've skipped both
Ravenholdt entirely and ditched the diploma before because I know blizz will
let higher level characters redo the quests in order to continue the hero
series. How long do you think it will take your level 40+ character to redo
those level 15 and 25 quests?
