GTX 560TI Crashing on BF3 force Shutdown

Hi guys, well ive got a bit of a problem with my new build, i can play BF3 for about 10-40 minuets and then randomly it will crash with no response to the entire system, so it results in me having to restart it manually, and this happens every single time i play BF3 rather it be on all Low settings or Ultra, and i keep about 45-50C maximum on the heaviest demanding maps 64 Players.
Ive updated my graphics card to the latest and i have done so for all my hardware but its just seems very odd that im not even able to play BF3 on all Low settings without having random crashes.

GTX 560TI Gainward 1gb
16 Gb 1600Mhz Vengeance
Sapphire Pure Black X58
Corsair 750w
Coolmaster Full HAF X

run memtest on your memory for several passes, preferrably overnight, http://hcidesign.com/memtest/download.html. this could be a memory problem, so lets start there.

Temps look goods.....I would go here and try some of the suggestions. Also echo the suggestion to test your RAM. http://www.geforce.com/Optimize/Guides/stable-gaming/#1
Also, make sure you have updated drivers from Nvidia, not the video card manufacturer.
