Will my Asus P5LD2-X able to run GTX 560?

I have a Core2Duo E4600 @ 2.40 Ghz, and wanted to upgrade from my GeForce 250 GTS to GTX 560, however I don't have the budget to upgrade to i5 or i7 processor+MB.
Will my old MB (P5LD2-X/1333) be able to handle the newer VGAs? I have 650w AcBell PSU so I think it should be able to handle the load.

You may have a small bottleneck with the CPU holding back the graphics card but the GTX 560 will perform better than the GTS 250. Overclocking the CPU would stop any bottleneck though I believe.
A GTX 560 is just a highly overclocked GTX 460 1GB and a GTS 250 is a rebadged 9800GTX+. I upgraded to my GTX 460 1GB from a 9800GTX+ back when I was still running a dual core E8400 and it did not bottleneck but I was overclocking the E8400 to 4Ghz.
