Suggest me a graphic card ?

Here are my specs..

Asus mobo - asus m4n68t-m v2
processor - AMD athlon II x3 445
Hard disk - 320gb
RAM - 2x2gb ddr3 1333
250w psu(will upgrade)
OS - win7 pro 64bit
Monitor - 17" CRT (soon 19" LED)


I want good and possibly cheap graphic card which can play COD-MW3,BF2 smoothly online(expecting more fps)..

6770/5770 +1 . Although you may want the 6850. For 6770 I suggest a decent branded Power supply rated at least 380W, at least one PCI-E 6-pin connector and at least 24A on the +12V Rail. For the 6850 I suggest a decent branded power supply rated 430W, at least one PCI-E 6-pin connector (as long as you don't buy the 6850 that needs 2, if that's the case I recommend 2) and at least 28A on the +12V Rail.

Yes 6770 would be good for MW3, but 6850 would be great.

hey kiran, get 6770 its cheaper and good in performance. I've used it in my old core 2 quad pc that was very good card.

well!!!well!!!well the hd 6850 is more better choice for your system it can play games with high settings on 1080p with no aa or 2xaa with good fps like 30+ but with hd 6770 in 1080p with high settings with no aa it will get about 20+ fps btw for your res that hd 6770 will be good enough in my opinion you should go with hd 6850.

for brand get msi cyclone hd 6850 oc power edition its an good gpu with nice cooling and overclocking.

The brands I like are Sapphire, ASUS, MSI and XFX. Get the one that is cheapest. Yes your motherboard will support NVidia graphics card fine (In fact your motherboard's chipset is from NVidia). But at this price tag, NVidia is a little bit behind.

Though i want to go with radeon 6850 but i'm thinking of buying 6790 or gtx 550ti along with 500watt psu,Both will come with the 6850 price ..I'm confused between these two,Which one is the best ?

I'm also looking for low power consumption graphic card.? Any suggestion ?

hd 7770 has the lower power consumption and it will give you around hd 6850 performance.

in my opinion you should go with hd 6850 if u dont have that much money then get corsair cx 430w psu it has enough power to power hd 6850 or if u can stretch your budget little bit more then get an hd 6850+corsair cx 500w psu it will be an good both gpu and psu upgrade and for hd 6850 brand really msi hd 6850 oc one is very good card you can also get sapphire one choose between these two you will be happy.

Decent branded PSU please, between 6790 and 550 Ti, I would go for the 6790 because it is faster. You might consider the 7770 too if you could get it. Usually it is cheaper than 6850.
