Tiny portable HTPC/Workstation/Audio powersupply and graphics?!? :D

Hello,
I'm happy to present my problem!  

Ill list the parts I have and must use.

Must use
Asrock h77m-itx
i7 ivy... 3770
Gskill Ripjaws 2x8
Vertex 4 256gb
Kingston V series 30gb
Internal 4-Port USB3.0 Hub 3.5" Front Panel


No case (going to be making something different and as small as I can make it  
Might Fit in my Toaster dog box (secret of evermore)
or Cactus plant draw (legend of mana)  

Now this project has been on hold for financial reasons   but is up and ready to go now  

I want a tiny tiny tiny psu and the most powerful low powered card available future will have 2 additional ssd's and ill probably be using my old Corsair H40 as my single 120mm fan for cooling

what size psu consumption wise do i need and is it available like pico or dc-atx both of which are currently confusing cause i haven't eaten today... except milo sigh the thick sludge of goodness
