Well, then, it is overkill.
Get an i5-3570K

ASRock Extreme 4(your motherboard is good, and you can stick with it, but if you chose the ASRock, you'll save money)

Noctua D14 air cooler(performs better than H100)

Stick with the 16GB, it's futureproof, and digital art might need it

Get a Samsung SSD

Good GPU, but 670 might save you some

Get 650W

Well, I checked the benchmarks, the CPU doesn't matter. The FX 8150, Phenom II, and i5/i7 all got ~80-81FPS. I say stick with the 680, get a 650-700w PSU, and you'll be good to go. MP3 will be cake for this rig. :)

thanks man. so i get i5 3570k inssted i7 3770k save over 100$ and get the 700w psu.thanks. do you think i will be happy with this new build? i also buy samsung monitor the samsung s27a950d

This Asrock got Tom's mid range mobo shootout. If you do want to get into video - make sure you think about what applications you may use and if multi-threading will be advantageous. The GTX670 is a great card and if you don't plan on SLI 600W quality psu will be plenty.

Edit: If you think you may OC get this Antec:
