Poor frame rates in world of warcraft with evga geoforce 560

Hello, I upgraded video cards from a nvidia geoforce 470 to an evga geoforce 560+55 and went from 120 fps raiding in world of warcraft to 8 fps just sitting in the wilderness. This really has me confused. Is there something I need to manually set up to make this card work better or is it just a turkey?

Whats Geoforce 560+55?
