Help with my <$1100 build?

Hey, Im from australia and am buying from www.pccasegear.com

The stuff i have come up with so far is this:

i5 3570k
Msi Radeon HD7850 Twin Frozr III OR
Sapphire Radeon HD7850 2gb OC
Asrock Z77 Extreme4
Coolermaster Storm Enforcer
Coolermaster hyper 212 evo
Seagate barracuda 1tb
Corsair Vengeance 2x4gb
OCZ ModXstream Pro 600w Modular

Does that seem like a solid build and which graphics card is better? The MSI or Sapphire?

Can't really go wrong with either. However, if you can, get ASUS DirectCU II version. It runs cooler.

I like the look of the sapphire, but everyone says the Twin Frozr III is better? Im stuck?

I have a Sapphire GPU and even OCed to 1150 MHz, the fan is barely audible.

I along with a couple of my friends rounded up five different 7850 and actually played around with them and tested them but only for a few days i found the Asus R7850 to OC like a beast the Sapphire and MSI Twin Frozr III were pretty much neck and neck right behind the Asus but the XFX and HIS were much worse than than the others i don't know if those we had were just lemons or what though...but those cards sucked compared to the ASUS,Sapphire, and MSI

Okay sweet, so im thinking ill go the MSI or the sapphire if the MSI is off special when i buy.
