What is the total price that build above costs?

If you are gaming only, the processor is overkill. Only BF3 currently utilizes HT, but not by much. Get an i5-3570k for $130(?) less. Make sure that Vengeance RAM is low profile, or get generic low profile RAM like the Crucial Ballistix sport 2x4GB 1333 MHz. With the $ you saved switching over to the i6-3570k, get a Radeon 7850. That PSU is a low quality Corsair PSU. Get an XFX 550W since you now have some extra $.

I do that fine on my i5-2500k. Unless the videos are huge files, my suggestions will be just fine.

okay :) . so when do i need to upgrade to a i7, you know, when does your PC needs it?. + Sandy vs IVY, and AMD vs Intel ?

When you do something very CPU intensive like editing huge files.
Sandy: runs a bit cooler
Ivy: Better at the same clock and temps aren't too hot unless you take it to the max.\

AMD: Better for rendering.
Intel: Better for gaming/editing.
