Hello, I'm planning on building a Gaming Rigs within 2 phase. I need some advices or recommends here because of the budget was not that much, around $700.
My plan that the Rigs will run almost games fairly at 1920x1080 (hopefully runs great, though. :D)
Here's my list on 1st phase:
- Processor:
+ Core i5-2500k
+ Core i5-3570k
+ Core G860

- Motherboard:
+ ASRock Extreme 4 Gen3 Z77

- Storage:
+ OCZ Agility3 120GB Sata3
+ Seagate Barracuda 1TB Sata3

- RAM:
+ CORSAIR Vengeance 1600 2x4GB

- Graphic:
+ Zotac 550Ti AMP!
+ PoweColor Radeon HD7770/7750

- PSU:
+ Fractal Newton 650W
+ Fractal Newton 850W

- Case:
+ Thermaltake MS-I Snow Commander

And next 6 months, actually 2nd phase. I'll have extra cash to buy 1080p monitor, GTX670 and CORSAIR H100 Liquid Cooler.

I really appreciate every single of advices and recommends.

Thank you.

A 1080P monitor in 6 Months? What are you currently using?

So you have two options here really. You can go with a rather low end parts
list except on parts you would carry over into the next 6 months.
For example you would spend money on a good case, PSU, and Motherboard.

I would swap the OCZ drive for something like a Crucial M4 though.
You can get those for under $1/GB if you watch Slickdeals often.

I'm using 1024x768 monitor right now with my netbook. I'd like to buy a PC within 2 phase. This month I'll have 700$ and next 6 months 700$.
The point is, what I actually have to buy on the first phase that will actually completed by next phase (2nd phase).
So, total budget would be around 1400$. And I'm wishing it could play most of games on 1080p fairly or greatly. :D

Okay, thanks for advice.
