That is my build!

Please answer all my questions one by one if you know enough to answer them, I'd really appreciate it.

1.) Are all of these parts compatible?

2.) Which parts should I change and to what? (please include link)

3.) This is my first computer that I am building, do I need to buy any extra wires to put this thing together or does it come with everything I need to build it? If not please link me to what I need.

Thank you so much!

I'd completely chuck that whole build. The Thor is quite massive and you only need it if you're building around an XL-ATX motherboard like the EVGA Z77 FTW with a custom loop. And even then it's still kind of overkill. For gaming the Intel i5-3570K will smoke the FX-8150 in just about every single category, and the 670 and 680 are about the same card, the 670 is a bit more affordable. 16GB will not be used on a gaming rig, 8GB is plenty.

As far as wires, cables, accessories, things like that - all parts include what you need with one part or another - your PSU includes cable ties, your fan includes thermal compound, your case includes all the necessary mounts and screws, and the only tool you need is a philips head screwdriver.

If gaming is your focus, I'd recommend a system like this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($214.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($89.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($179.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Mushkin Blackline 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($54.99 @ Newegg)
Hard Drive: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($109.99 @ Newegg)
Hard Drive: Crucial M4 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($129.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 670 2GB Video Card ($399.99 @ Newegg)
Case: NZXT Switch 810 (White) ATX Full Tower Case ($189.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: PC Power & Cooling 750W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($89.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($22.98 @ Newegg)
Monitor: Asus VE248H 24.0" Monitor ($198.98 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (64-bit) ($99.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $1781.85
(Prices include shipping and discounts when available.)

Add whatever peripherals you want and you're good to go. I don't suggest those things as they're mostly personal preference.

You can get double the space for the same price if you switch to a Green 2TB drive. With the SSD, you don't need a fast HDD for storage.

The Noctua D14 will perform better.
