Hi, the i5-3570k requires a newer BIOS version (0701): http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8H61MX/#CPUS
If the board comes with an older BIOS, you will have to use a supported CPU for updating it.

Depends on what games you're planning to play and of course the resolution.
The graphics card is not very fast while the processor is, you might consider to swap the i5 for an i3 and go for a better graphics card.
If you're planning to do overclocking I would definitely recommend a better motherboard because this is a bit of an odd combo now...
