Intel i5 2500k @ 3.3GHZ (now 3.45Ghz)
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus

Could be failing capacitors in the PSU. But before changing the PSU, try changing the CMOS battery. It could be weak and needs a shot of juice to wake it up. A PC can't boot with a dead CMOS battery.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All I had to do was update the BIOS. The P67 Chipset BIOS has been known to have problems when over clocking and most motherboard manufacturers have released a stability update for the BIOS. 30 seconds to flash the BIOS and voila! :D

But thanks though @clutchc
