Hi guys! I've been planning on building a Multimedia Design PC but with a tight budget. It will be an all around computer, except for games. I'm planning to use it for graphics design (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign), video editing and effects (Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects) and a little bit of 3D (Cinema4D). What components/builds would you recommend the will just cost me around $300-500?

I'm really hoping I can get a system that is not that really powerful but still optimized for my tasks at hand. Thanks.

NVIDIA GPU, use the config file edit to add it to the supported file for Premiere Pro. A GTX 460 will do. Spend the remainder of your budget on CPU... whatever you can get that your existing mobo can take.
