$1500 3930K system, for computation, pls help

Thank you for helping me, here is what i need,

Approximate Purchase Date: 2 weeks

Budget Range: approx usd 1500

System Usage from Most to Least Important: numeric computation (Mathematica, c++), reading/creating PDFs, web surfing

Parts Not Required: i only need the case, i already have a monitor and peripherials, also i dont need an OS

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: none

Country: Turkey ($1500 is the scaled price for US )

Parts Preferences: CPU: 3930k

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Nope

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments:
the PC should be stable enough to do a computation with 100% CPU load for
days.
What i am realy looking for is a cheap 3930k system.
Also please suggest me a UPS

This config assumes your apps do not leverage on the GPU or requires a professional/workstation class card and drivers for best/stable results/gains? There is ample allowance for more storage, SSD, aftermarket cooler, etc as per your needs/wants

3930k does not come with a cooler, and i was wondering if i should buy a water cooler, would it effect the performance that much? Or should i buy a standard cooler and buy a SSD with money left?

The Corsair H100 seems to do a decent job if u thinking of clocking it and costs $115
