The right Bios to use

I need to know the right Bios version to use for an ACER M1200/3200/5200 desktop runnig a AMD PHENOM II X4 3.4 GHZ. The cpu is runnig but system does not recognize it and sets system to 800 mghz . Can you advize !! Thanks !
