Is it worth upgrading 2x ATI HD5850

Hi,
I have two ATI HD5850 in a cross fire configuration on a I7 system. Is it worth upgrading to an ATI HD7850 or ATI HD7870? Both of these cards would be in my price range. I mainly play Battle Field 3 and Call of Duty 3 on a 1900 x 1200 monitor. Thanks.
