    Even if its DDR3?
    BTW Thanks!
  3. The HD 6750 is not powerful enough to take advantage of 1GB of RAM regardless if it is DDR3 or DDR5. Based on benchmarks, at most a HD 6750 1GB card will give you 1-3 extra frames per second.

    Buy the cheaper.

    The 6750 512MB GDDR5 is cheaper only by $1 or $2!

Really I was serious, but after digging around I found something interesting, when the extra VRAM doesn't add a value it makes the card a bit slower, this phenomenon is observed with a lot of cards, look at the benches below, the 5570 and the HD 5550 as well get much slower by the 1 GB of VRAM

So you'll buy the 512 mb version.
