My friend was thinking about getting this he do much gaming but he wants to play swtor. I don't think it could play the game as it is right now. So my question is is there an ok gpu that could go in this? He could spend another $80-$90 later on for a gpu.

Small Form Factor so you need a LOW PROFILE video card.

GT 640 is an option, power draw 65W
HD 6670 is better choice for gaming (same game, lower price)
From http://www.anandtech.com/show/5969/zotac-geforce-gt-640-review-/9

Here is a low profile 6670. for $90 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161397

SWTOR min spec:

CPU:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core or better
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0GHz or better

RAM:

Windows XP: 1.5GB
NOTE: 2GB if your computer uses on-board graphics processing.
Windows Vista/Windows 7: 2GB

Video Card:

ATI X1800 or better
nVidia 7800 or better
Intel 4100 Integrated Graphics or better

An HD6670 is better than an X1800 or 7800. See the hierarchy chart on the last page.... http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html
Your friends CPU is better than a core 2 2ghz.

Hi, given teh case is a SFF are you sure the 640 would fit? It look double wide and not low profile from the photo.....

I don't think this is a LOW PROFILE card needed for a SMALL FORM FACTOR pc.

Compare the photo of the card you linked with this card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161397&nm_mc=OTC-pr1c3grabb3r&cm_mmc=OTC-pr1c3grabb3r-_-Video+Cards-_-Hightech+Information+System+Ltd.-_-14161397

Do you see how the second card is not as tall as the first. In the photos of the second card do you see the provide a bracket that is not as tall. See the 'low profile' in the description?

If you search newegg in CA for 'low profile 6670' what results do you get? (Please double check that the PC is a SFF pc, it sure looks like one)

EDIT: He doesn't need a new PSU with a 6670, but if you get him one, please be careful which one you recomend. Here are some good and bad ones. http://www.anandtech.com/show/6013/350450w-roundup-11-cheap-psus
