Internal usb 3.0 motherboard connection-missing?

Thanks for reading this,I just got an nzxt phantom case today,it was a first for me.I have my new build running very nicely now except ..the internal usb cable does not seem to have a place on my mobo,I have looked and scanned the board mm by mm.It is a Gigabyte GA-H61MA-D3V and clearly it does not have the connection can you tell me how I might power this lead? possibly with a converting cable or adapter,the usb lead has a 20pin connection.I do hope you can solve this thank you.
