Can i run new games with this ?

Hello everyone

I just won auction for dirt cheap 4850 golden sample.I currently have 3650 and looking at some benchmarks i saw that this card is like 5 or 6 times more powerful than mine.Can i run new games at 1280x1024 on it and how well they will perform.I know it is impossible to know for sure, but any answer will do it.And about other parts

CPU : AMD Athlon x2 7850 BE 2.8 ghz (Kuma)
RAM : 2 GB DDR2

i doubt u can run new games like bf3 since ur rig is low end bt it depends on which new games do u want to play if u name some i can be more precise

Vedant321 is wrong, sure you can run them! Especially at that resolution, you are looking to maxing out most games. Only with few games you will have to reduce graphics settings.

You should be able to run newer games no problem at that resolution, I wouldn't turn on anti-aliasing though, or test it out to see how the frame rates run.

The 4850 is a pretty darn good card, and depending on how cheap you got it, also a steal. Games should run no problem with the card and your computer should do fine with it in there.

Just as a reference, you might want like 4GB of RAM, but its not completely necessary.

I got it for 30$, so its ultra cheap in my opinion
