Hyper-V Platform greyed out even though VTX is enabled

I have a new Windows 8 Pro running Intel® Core™ i7-3770K Processor.
Intel Visualization Technology is enabled in the bios. Securable confirms ability to run vtx. However the Hyper-V Platform option in Windows Features is still greyed out. I have rebooted and confirmed bios setting is enabled.

Any suggestions?

Don't know why, perhaps a windows update, but it has resolved itself.
