I have a windows 2003 server. It had been working and then a couple of days ago the computers on the network could no longer find the server. I cannot ping the server anymore. I have replaced and tested all cords and routers between the computers and the server. Any other ideas? Could the network card quit on the server?

Yes. But it won't appear and I can log onto the server throught its station and everything appears fine, but can't get it to "talk" to anything else

Network card can easily go bad, try a different one. Should actually be the third thing to test after cable and trying a different port on the router. Maybe check to make sure the IP has not changed on it before you go replacing all the hardware.
