MY DELL INSPIRON GOES OFF WHEN THERE'S POWER FAILURE EVEN WITH A UPS

my dell inspiron 530 GOES OFF when there's a power failure, even when it's connected to a UPS. It's only my PC that trips out of 4 PCs connected to the SAME UPS. Even after changing the power pack the problem still persists. WHAT DO I DO ?
