Which GTX 560ti on top? (2 brands in sli)

I've got an EVGA 01G-P3-1561-KR and a Gigabyte GV-N560UD-1GI REV1.0

The EVGA is basically a reference design and blows some of the air out the back of the PC, while the Gigabyte has the Wndforce dual fan cooler which disperses the air back into the case.

In terms of heat and/or performance, will it make any real difference which card goes on top?

Well it doesn't matter normally, but now you can try and put the EVGA on top so that the Windforce cooler has enough space. And btw, it also blows air out of the case, my previous GTX 560 was a Gigabyte Windforce.
