Put in new power supply and moved heat sink now i cant login

So what ive done is replaced my power supply with a 650w one. to do this i removed the heat sink. and then replaced it. All this was to put in a new graphics card the radeon 17950 or what ever it is. now my computer will start but i will get stuck on a blue screen like the login screen but without the profiles there and the arrow is still visible please help im stressing out. :fou: :fou: :fou: :fou: :fou: :fou: :fou: :fou: :pt1cable: :pt1cable: :sweat: :sweat: :sweat: :sweat: :sweat: :sweat: :pfff: :pfff: i feel so foolish ill but up more info on my computer momentarily Please help

  1. re-check your BIOS settings they may have reset when you pulled the PSU out. make sure your HDD operation is set properly (RAID,AHCI,Compatiblity) whatever you where running before.
