i might be able to tolerate an 18.5 inch but not 1366x768.
that card can handle most games maxed out but some will give it trouble. skyrim with high res texture pack comes to mind. but thats considering "that resolution" which i feel is too low to look good.
you can get 20" 1920x1080 monitors pretty much anywhere for $99 or less. id get one of those.

some crazy people may not agree with me here. but i feel that any game looks better with high settings at 1920x1080 than they do at 1366x768 with maxed settings.

I'm asking this because I already have a monitor like this at my home and I don't want to spend money on a new one.
My parent's bedroom has one that supports 1920:1080 but my father doesn't want to remove it of the wall, because it was hard to put it there. Is a 22" monitor. I must convince him then.
I have another monitor, a 17", but is old with a res of 1280:1024. It's 6 years old, a Philips 170S.

this resolution is not perfect for gaming but its good and the bright side is u can play virtually all ur games at full settings with the mentioned graphic card, the higher the resolution the more detail rendering more workload for the graphic card.
