Will my PSU work with my Motherboard?

Hey guys! So I'm all set to order the parts for my new computer tonight, but I have one last problem I need to get out of the way. My question is will these two parts work together. I don't know much about PSU's and I don't want to fry this Motherboard. If you guys could help me out just one more time with this I would really appreciate it. Hope you folks can

Videocard: HIS Radeon HD 7850 2GB 256-bit
RAM: PNY Optima 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin 1333
CPU Cooler: ZALMAN CNPS5X Performa 92mm FSB (Fluid Shield Bearing) Powerful Cooling Performance CPU Cooler
Case: Coolermaster 311 Elite
OS: Home premium 64-bit

I left out some of the lesser parts like mice and optical drive.

As long as the mobo has the power connectors, yes.

Is there any risk of burning the Motherboard? Should I watch out for anything specific or just make sure to be cautious?

no. everything is fine.

if you want a bit more efficency, id get a xfx 650w or a corsair tx650w v2.

for the video card, id suggest going with the asus 7850 since it does have a better cooler and isnt that much more than the reference design
