Hello,

First of all here are my current PC specs:

GPU: 4850 HD
CPU: AMD Athlon x2 250
PSU: POWER LC6600GP2 (580w)
MOBO: Asrock AliveNF7G-LAN
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate

So now for the issue;

Recently I had the problem that my GPU stopped working in a sense that when I connected
my monitor via DVI to my GPU it would not give any display on the monitor, even though it
was powered (as in fan spinning etc).

Now I do get display when I hook up my monitor to the onboard graphics on the Motherboard.

That's when I thought the PSU died.
Now this is where it gets very strange; I exchanged the PSU with a new equally powerfull one, still not working.
Then I switched out the motherboard, also still not working.

And then, to be absolutely sure, I even put in a brand new 8800GT. STILL not working.

Tried out all combinations, old gpu, old mobo, new psu etcetc, vice versa.
And even with the new motherboard, new GPU and new PSU, I get NO display on the monitor when it's connected
to the graphics card. But still onboard graphics always works...

Me and a friend have been working on the PC all day, tried everything and we have run out of ideas lol..

Does anyone have an idea what else it can be???

Hope I get a response soon and thanks in advance!

Greetings from Holland..
