Confused with the H100

I've just got the corsair H100 cooler and I'm a bit confused on how to wire it all. So what I think I should do is connect the molex cable on the pump to the PSU, the fan connector (3 pin) to the CPU fan, and the fans to the pump. However, I don't want to have to open up my whole case just to change the fan speed with the pump. So my question is, can I just connect the H100 fans to the mobo? Also, do I have to disable CPU fan control so the pump is always running at full speed? Any help would be appreciated.
