So after a bit a research I've swapped my build around a bit, I was hoping to get to this sooner but work has been crazy.

This is the build I'm thinking of going with, I have everything else I will need
http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=19606292

Budget Range: $1500

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming (I'm usually the person who hosts game servers/voice chats as I have been running the better machine/internet connection), programming (Java/Android with device emulation), video recording/editing (Recording games while playing), surfing the internet, streaming video

I was just wondering if there were any major problems/suggestions people might have before I buy it.

The link is working for me, I'm not sure why it isn't working for you. I fixed the link right after I posted because I noticed it was broken but it should work for people now.

My build is pretty similar to that one. I don't need the operating system or optical drive and that case is quite a bit more than the one I picked out but I'm spending more elsewhere because I want double the storage.

My total price comes out to cheaper than it is in the wishlist I linked because of combo deals.
