Upgrade question: Orange User

Hi,

I wonder if you can help.
Friend of mine has just "upgraded" on Orange to a 6610i.
She upgraded over the phone, to Orange directly, and was told if she was not
happy, to ring back and she could have a different phone.

New phone arrived today, as she doesn't like it!

Prior to deciding that she doesn't like it, she had registered it with
Orange, by ringing them directly.
So, what is to stop her reverting back to her old mobile, and selling on
this new phone, or will Orange honour the verbal agreement to exchange the
phone for a different handset?

Answers on a postcard please....
