I am thinking about heading down to microcenter where there have a GTX 570 for $250 after rebate and GTX 570 HD $280. Now I know that the 570 HD they have there is superclocked, but besides that fact what is the diffence between the HD and non HD? Is the $30 bucks worth the upgrade? Thanks guys.

The HD runs a few degrees hotter I've read on occasion. Besides that it just has a display port connection I think as the only difference (besides the cooler design).

If you just use DVI I would get the normal one.

No, I don't think it's worth it.

I would get a 7850 online. Runs cooler and uses less power for the same performance.

7850 does not perform same as a 570 out of the box ....needs to be OC ...
