Hello, this will be my first build and it will primarily be for gaming. At some point I might want to SLI. If you would change anything, please give me a sentence or two as to why so I can learn from the process. Also, what is the best way to find deals/sales when I want to purchase these components?

Windows Home Premium has 99% of the features of Ultimate. Unless you need the encryption.
Are you overclocking? If not, downgrade the CPU and get rid of the cooler.
Get the 670. It has 90% of the performance of the 680 for $100 less. However, if you want the 680, get it.
