Stream processors VS Core Clock?

what is a better card evga 01g-p3-1556-kr geforce gtx 550 ti (fermi) cuda cores // or// evga geforce gtx 550 ti number of processors 1 supper clocked,, i have 430 watts of power,, i dont now any thing about cuda cores or streams, the cards are 1 gbs and about the same price but diffrent modle #s

Cards with more cores are faster. However, both of those have equal number of CUDA cores, so only their clock speed differs. The one with higher core clock will be faster.

What is your budget and where are you from (prices differ around the world)? Usually, GTX 550 Ti is not a very good card because its performance/price ratio is low. If I were to know where you were from and what your budget was, I could recommend a better card.
